In a couple of days, my latest free Audible trial will end. It was good for a month, but was extended because it messed up my Audible home page where the entire top bar was missing. As a result, I couldn't do searches or open my library.

Numerous calls yielded reps who didn't have a clue, nor did their supervisors when I asked them to bump it up a level. I finally got someone who was on the same page as me and he took my suggestion to cancel the trial and restart it. That worked because this glitch happened just after I started the trial. No one else wanted to do it because they were too busy reading their script and blaming my computer for the problem.

In the end, I ended up with 3 credits. So I'll call it a wash knowing I won't qualify for this 3 month trial.

I got the same message. Ya know, Audible seems to be the only bookseller that gives out multiple free trials to previous customers.
