kobo clara problem
Hi guys, my kobo clara (2020) not run the white light flashes a few times when I turn it on after which it remains turned off

I used my kobo about 6 months ago and it worked fine

I have replace the battery, recharge it for 24h, restart, and changed usb port usb cable... nothing


the internal microsd is corrupted?

You can send me the image for rewrite the micro sd (procedure )

Kobo Aura H2O Stuck in Restoring-Loop
Hi everybody,

my KoboAuraH2O-N250 has some issues.

First issue was loss of USB-connection, then i did a reset and it wouldn't start anymore.
Now, it is not restoring itself as it seems to be looping in the restoring mode.

I just found this thread and would try to replace the SD-card.
AFAIS, I would the need an SD-card image for the KoboAuraH2O-N250.
I'd be happy, if anybody could point me to ehere to find one.

My father formatted the internal SD of his Kobo N613 Glo. As a result, it's no longer booting.

Would it be possible to get an image of the internal SD so that I can reflash it.

Can I use software like Win32DiskImager or balenaEtcher?

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

PM has been sent with the link to the N613 disk image. I have never used Win32DiskImager preferring the USB Duplicator Image Writer software. Several people using MacOS have successfully used BalenaEtcher. For some odd reason on the VConsole website, they refer to the image creator/image writer software as Flash Drive Image Creator/Flash Drive Image Writer.

See the instructions at the link included in the PM.

I also recommend using a new µSD card since all too often the old card has failed.
