You asked for an image the other day. Did you try that?

When you connect the device, does it see the PC? Does it charge? Have you tried different USB ports or cables? Another computer?

It could be any of those. And it could be the device isn't working. What the device is doing can be as important as what it isn't doing.

Kobo WiFi N647 Firmware
I'm getting the same issue. No books found on latest firmware for Kobo WiFi N647.

Followed instructions to open device and remove micro SD card.

Just looking for a working version of the firmware if someone can help.

I make reset for old owner.

When I start the kobo few second after the only screen I see
'' Updating the software on your eReader...''

This is all I see since yesterday.
