The first announced is dated 11:17, and the errata is dated 17:19.

Don't worry too much, the Iliad will detect itself what upgrades are required.

Nota: I still can't download the errata .As for the 2.5 release this morning, it's like nothing new is available on IDS.

Project 2.5 is closed now for me, because i will go home right now. I will see, what's going on tomorrow. I can be only better.

press ids button again ... after about 2 min. ... 'cannot establish connection'
4 times in a row

Mine still not working. Think I have a corrupt version of the pre update on my device that cannot be overwritten.

I'm now *re*downloading 2.5 after having got an email telling me the last one had a bug in.

(took about 6 attempts to get on the server, but something's coming down now).

I assume it's just the "main" part and we don't have to re-get the fonts etc...

I'd guess as you updated later in the day you should have the "fixed" version. A bunch of us downloaded this morning, so it's likely only those who have to re-download the fixed version.

the last opened page is really usefull. though i dont really like, that they put the file into a different folder. But i can live with that.
And the battery seems to hold up quite a bit longer

Now we need some more infos in the filelist, and i really need a clock

/EDIT: Is it just me, or is the boot process now even longer?

Any guess about which the "fix" is? Some reports about "2.5.a" still had the pdf thing working, but now reports from "2.5.b" are on the contrary side.

I got past the first download and then was trying to connect to IDS to get the next bit. I pressed the button but got a "Wired Network: unsuccessful" message. Now my Iliad just sits there blinking the green light and wont respond to anything. The light goes red when I plug the travel hub thing but I can't reset it.

Have I bricked it...?

Things like that keep you cool on a hot day.
The batterylife has improved by a factor of 3 to 4, good thing.
Last opened page was an essential. Well done.
