Why are you still hammering on this, when Amazon already issued an apology, and pledged that it will not do it again?

I suppose, according to your theory, Amazon and its legal team will in the future "license all sorts of copyright violations."

Which is, of course, nonsense, because there are well-established legal remedies for the injured copyright holders, and this is the way such future cases will be handled.
