KSM, Nickel and KOReader any problem, all perfect.
CoolReader and VlasovsoftLauncher work perfect but all time rotated. Exit to ksm left rotation correct again.
Plato run rotated 90º clockwise but functional. Exit to ksm left rotation correct again.

More near than never!

Tshering,

Just tried test 2..

still same with Nickel, exits form nickel with correct orientation.

also tried Koreader, and this time it lauched in to KOReader with correct orientation and exit correctly repeatedly.

CoolReader still stops right away at launch with: Unsupported version of Launcher..
For coolreader, i am running the 12/17 version that was last stable..

Where does KSM look for the Launcher file? maybe i can update that manually??

Thanks Boriar..

This new version launches into Coolreader, but it is inverted, upside down, but exit to KSM is correct orientation.

So, i guess same behaviour Boriar is seeing.

boriar and nook_nerd, could you please try the following and post the output?
(this presupposes that KBStartMenu_09_update_01_rotation_02.zip is installed)

kill KSM
copy into the input field sh -x $ksmroot/onstart/start_vlasovlauncher.sh 2>&1
press "execute"
exit the VlasovsoftLauncher by pressing the appropriate area on the screen.

VlasovsoftLauncher start rotated and when I press exit the button get sorrounded but screen get blocked

I suppose this is normal because KSM was killed, isn't it?

vladsoftlancher started inverted upside down, and when i attempted to exit screen, it appears hung, had to reset H20 via reset button on bottom.

The webinterface is still active after this apparent hung

Sorry, if this gave you a little shock. You could also have pressed "reboot" in the webinterface, or "start KSM".
After exiting the launcher, there was an output written to the webinterface. And this is what I was interested in. But my description was rather incomplete. I am sorry for this. I guess, the output did not contain interesting information anyway.
