Got mine today - yay! - but, worse luck, there's a dead pixel in the lower half of the middle of the screen. I tend not to worry if there are some on the edges but you can't not see this. It's a real distraction. Looks like a return for me. I'd really been looking forward to this, too.

I ordered mine from Kobo and received it via Netherlands so no extra charges.
Came Monday 19th Sept so I guess no faster than WH Smiths.
Wish they shipped it charged though, is a pain waiting for the inevitable software update
not being possible until charged.
Still all good now.

Yep, agree completely, especially as you need to re-enter your wifi details each time it tries and doesn't actually show the charge level until after the firmware has been installed...

I'm happy with mine, though I do find it harder to adjust the light with the level screen then my H2O. I think Argos is likely to get them in soon too as my Argos app this morning said they were able to be reserved for pickup in 4-5 days. On the other hand since then it changed back to unavailable
