It's my first reply. Some inappropriate words has removed. I'm sorry.

Thank you for all your suggestions.

I will try to put more lights, maybe behind the TV. Good idea.

@SwimmingTiger

I like it!

It looks a little like the setup I had a year ago. I used a simple web page that shows my desktop (a printscreen image, segmented in multiple small images), and the webpage would just refresh the images that changed. So I was able to interact with my desktop like that.

But it kept krashing. Yours is better.

@SwimmingTiger: Does the Onyx Boox M96 (or upcoming Max) already have an Android (or LInux?) operating system, or did you jailbreak it? I'm only familiar with kindles, where you'd have to jailbreak it first, to *reach* a remote desktop client.
(I should have looked up the Onyx Boox. I guess it does have an Android OS.) So -- is a remote desktop client already there, or did you add that?

And how is the remote desktop connection done -- wifi?

[ I would be going to a mac, but I'm having lots of eye problems, so it's worth a try. ]

Yes, Onyx Boox M96 and later products including Max have Android 4.0.4 as their OS with Google Play. So you can easily install any remote desktop client from Google Play.

And most of remote desktop using wifi, some can also using USB (adb) connection. On mac, VNC may a good choise, it use wifi. chrome remote desktop and teamviewer can be tried, but their connection via Internet and introduced some delay.

Origin Android VNC Viewer will crashed when you open a menu. I have a modified Android VNC Viewer app for Onyx Boox here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Sw...pp-release.apk

PS: M96 is just 512MB RAM! it itn't enough for android 4.0.4 with Gapps. consider M96 plus or later.

The Mac does have a "Remote Desktop" program too. I would try both, if I ever got the $$ to get an Onyx. Or could persuade the office to buy it.
