I changed my country to US and downloaded a free eBook yesterday and bought a $.99 Puzzle book. But today I got an EMail (rightly) accusing me of using a wrong address. LOL. I guess I will just have to get my content the wrong way. I don't want to pay a $2 surcharge for every book I buy. Paper books are a lot cheaper that the eBooks here in India.

I downloaded it and it apears to be complete, with 4463 locations and a full 21 chapters and appendices. There's no description (and no author) on the page where the book is free (and the title is wrong, but the cover is correct), so I lifted this one from a second Kindle edition, which is $8.85 and roughly the same file size).
