The image was created by someone else and supplied to me. I believe it was taken immediately after a factory reset and before doing the setup. It should not have any books or user details. The serial number has been changed.

Hi, mi mom's Clara keeps flashing a white light and shows a blank screen, apparently after showing a reload screen for a long time.

I took out the SD card and on it Windows only sees a hidden System Volume Info folder, with Indexer Volume Guid and WPSetting.Dat files on it.

Can a SD image be helpful and where do I find one?

My father's Kobo Clara HD is bricked and the mSD card seems to be corrupted, so impossible for me to create an image to make a new mSD card. Could you pm me the link to your image ? Thanks in advance.
