I HAD to turn the a/c on this weekend - couldn't sleep. Kitten got way too hot too - so I had the perfect excuse. I've never had the a/c on this early in the year before.

Nah! Fortunately I don't "over-react" to spider bites, even recluse bites. I get bitten a lot [they must love my pheromones or something] - usually just itches a lot.

Us too. I had to turn it on as soon as we woke up yesterday and today. And the storms get here tomorrow and Wednesday. YAY humidity and heat!
