It has been so long since I actually won a good code that when I won a 65% I used it on the old checkout and thought "Someone will have used it on the new by now". It took me over an hour to realize if I won it I could use it on the new checkout as well.

That's always been the case. It does not work with major publishers (except once in a great while on a rare book.)

Don't forget, everyone, that as the competition progresses, you get more entries per filling-in of the form, so expect spare codes to be posted more at the end than at the beginning of the contest.

In other words, if you can wait ten days, you're much more likely to either get a high code yourself, or pick one up here from the generosity of others.

Well haven't had this problem happen in a while. Bought 5 books, 2 of them are not showing up in my library, but if I try to load the page to buy it [again?once? lol], it shows the button 'view in library' with no purchase button available and it's not in my library.

IIRC doesn't it just show up in your library in the next few hours? Haven't had it happen in a long time so I'm not sure.

If they show in your purchase history, then bookmark them from there to put them in your library. If they are not in your purchase history then you probably need to contact Kobo.

Could someone tell me what epub3 is? I have a book in my Kobo library that shows up but doesn't have an option to download it to my PC. I called CS about it and they told me I couldn't download it because it was epub3 format. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me, honestly. Is that format supposed to be only accessible through an app or Kobo device?
