I'm looking for a complete microSD card image for my Kobo Clara HD (model N249, 8GB).

My device is stuck in recovery and a factory reset doesn't work anymore.

Could someone please share the correct recovery image for this model?

Hi, I recently tried to fix my wife's Kobo Libra 2, which first stopped wanting to download books, then totally crapped out when performing a restart.

I suspect the Micro SD Card is corrupted, because after removing it, I'm not able to read it with any of my computers, macOS, Linux or Windows all say the card doesn't contain any data.

Can anyone send me a firmware image for the Kobo Libra 2? So I can flash it to a fresh 32 GB Micro SD Card and try to revive it, before we splurge on a new Kobo?
