2022.5.19 is out.

EDIT: Although launching it from nickelmenu seems to make my Glo HD reboot. Is anyone else seeing this?

Well, I tried a fresh reinstall by deleting the entire directory and transferring a fresh copy, but launching it still makes my Glo HD reboot. Does anyone have a copy of version 2022.4.29? It was the last one that worked on my device but it's no longer on the server. I'll even take an older version; I'm pretty reliant on its File Manager.

Ah, never mind. The only thing that changed on my system in between versions was that I was playing around with geek1011's dictbug-trace LD_PRELOAD library file. Once I took that out, the launcher started working again. Weird bug, but sorry for the false alarm; the latest version works fine.

Thanks for the new version! I installed it on my kobo libra h2o. The chess menu turned out too big for my screen. I had to scroll to find the exit menu entry. I made the following little change on my system:

diff /mnt/usb/.adds/vlasovsoft/chess/chess.ini /mnt/usb/.adds/vlasovsoft/chess/chess.ini.old

Install on Clara 2E?
I'm trying to install on my new Clara 2E (firmware 4.34.20097) . . . . with no success. I followed the instructions in the wiki.

When I try to select Vlavosoft from NickelMenu, I get the "Select your language" screen, but it's frozen. If I wait, the battery goes to zero (what????) and I get a battery-low warning . . . even if it was fully charged when I started.

The only recourse is normally a factory reset.

Did I miss something obvious?

Before you jump in installing such things, you need to first make sure it's compatible. In this case it seems it's not compatible with the 2e.
