I believe that adds up to 84 hours. I got the Audible credits via the Facebook fans appreciation offer and a more recent $10 AmazonLocal app offer. I got the corresponding Kindle books either for free or with survey gift cards. The last Amazon mp3 credits came from a $2 offer through the MyCokeRewards program.

I went and bought the book hoping this would happen to me! But no, the rep gave me a dollar credit, so I'm a whole penny ahead. At the beginning of the call when I said I was charged for a book that was supposed to be free, she immediately said, Scarlet Letter?

I wonder why they haven't been able to fix this, since they've clearly been getting tons of calls.

Call Audible. That happened to me and I called and they reversed the charges.

Also, I had dropped my Audible membership back in Oct 2012. I wasn't aware of the 'Light' membership for $9.95 a year. A few months back I tried to get it and the person I talked to said I would have to join and then cancel to get it. Tonight when I called about the $0.99 charge for The Scarlet Letter I thought for the heck of it I'm gonna ask the gentleman I talked to about the Light plan. He signed me up no problems.

I was purchasing the Destiny of the Doctor series as they came out, then AudioGo US quit adding them after June (presumably because of the merger). Downpour still does not have 7-9 available at any price. Considering that I can buy the downloads directly from their UK site for £3.99 (about $6) or directly from their other source BigFinish.com for $3.99 each, the pricing is a little out of whack. Perhaps $4.95 each might not be bad, but $9.95 is out there. I was looking to purchase another Doctor Who novella last month from AudioGo and I think it was under $5 at AudioGo and now it's $12.95 at Downpour.
