In fact, I'm waiting for pooh to return from the tour. There was a great sale on these shiny, special tubs, just for chickens (or turkeys). When I saw that and remembered how pooh just had to write about my misunderstanding with my sweet pshrynkie, I, of course, just had to buy it.

I'm waiting for pooh's return and have a nice hot bath all ready in my nice, shiny, new special deep fryer tub. Just to let pooh know how much I appreciate my part in the story.

Hurry back, pooh. We all are hungry anxious for your return.

He was ___ of them.

Move your cursor to just after the p, then move it along with the arrow keys on your keyboard, and count the number of underscores.

Poohbear would have also fitted the number of letters, but the third clue made it clear it wasn't him.

Poor poohbear goes out of his way, spends his own personal time, effort, braincells, and worked his fingers to the bone all to bring you ungrateful wretches a contest. A contest in which you could win prizes, and not just any prizes but genuine top of the line eReaders and coupons for free books. He kept you all entertained for hours, he even helped by providing clues and guiding you in the right direction after the last chapter was posted.

And now, NOW... you all have the nerve, the unmitigated gall, the temerity, to get upset because he made the mystery too hard or you misunderstood a clue. You threaten him, you try to lure him with poorly hidden bribes, you rant, you rave .....

Well I say to all of you - Be Silent!! You shall not abuse this poor, mostly flightless bird while I'm here.

Pooh, if you can make, I'll offer sanctuary to you, a safe harbor in this stormy sea of falsehood, a place you can rest your weary body, not in a 'sauna' or a 'hot tub' but on a couch, with your feet up, and the remote by your side, a bowl of buttery popcorn beside you (not the side with the remote though).

Fly brave chicken, fly away from the danger - I'll be waiting.

By the way, in order to ensure your continued safety you'll have to keep a low profile and not expose yourself outdoors. With that in mind maybe you should bring all those eReader prizes with you. Just so we have some thing to do of course.

But Dave - I'm in Oz-land - just ran out of the Brisbane airport to escape the sinuous clutches of SneakySnake! I think I'm lost! Sure hope I run into a friendly MR member (who's already had dinner) who can direct me to my first signing location.

Sure wish I was on that couch! Mmmmmm...popcorn ...with butter! My favorite.

Maybe I can hitch a ride over there tonight!

No, I do it all the time. They only take it amiss if you hang around ogling airport security (I've done that too. They never understand the extra stud-muffin points they garner in uniform).

I got the butler part, but the rest made no sense

excellent story even if it was written by a chook
