I am on steeping one of TG Pu-Erh. I know that I am suppose to rinse it. That is easier to do at home then it is at work due to the walk to the sink and back. So at work I have figured out that I make the first steeping and put it in my tea pot. I make the second steeping, pour 8 ounces for me to drink, put the remaining 8 ounces in the tea pot. This mixes the stronger second steeping with the weaker first steeping and makes it all taste very yummy.

I actually spelled it Ahn too instead of Anh but then changed it. I think it's because in our language it makes much more sense for the h to come after the a than after the n.

I'm having a glass of water. I just ate my last bowl of sprout soup . I think I'm going to make a couple of liters this weekend and freeze it now that the sprouts are so cheap here. (Beppe: the tumbnail is how my sprout soup looks. I love the color )

No. Not this time. Shows are usually for my wife's birthdays.
It is not my cup of tea. Too much singing, too little comprehension. Maybe if they had a live subtitle line running above the scene

Tomorrow is a tea day. We are going to visit Fortnum & Mason and East India Company shops. Then visit a tea pub for a masterclass session where they show how they brew teas and let us taste them
