We got a serious falling of snow happening here! Not really sticking too much...it's just above freezing but definitely coming down like gang-busters.

The day started rather overcast and cool here in Budapest, but now the sun is shining and the temperatures seem to be rising by the minute.

I was ill amused to leave my partner in bed at 530 this morning when i left for work to be out in that nastiness. Of course, she picked the perfect day to be sick and get to stay home under the covers with the cat.

Big boomy storms! Pretty bad on Saturday night, then just cloudy most of Sunday. But during the night last night, they came back with a vengeance. Almost constant brilliant lightning with deafening thunder, and we had two of those during the night. My girl kitty disappeared to parts unknown in the house, but her brother cowered against me in the bed. It was intense. Still cloudy now, but hopefully the storms are gone.
