Thank you. I noticed that you mentioned that some posts back.. In the size that i have now i can fit enough tea for a decent mug, so more than a cup. When they are almost finished, i'll look for larger ones to go into a teapot. In the meantime I can use two. Shedding a tear of course.

In my experience, it takes a while for your body to adapt to a normal rhythm again. Just keep going to bed early AND get up early. After a while it shouldn't be a problem anymore. But you'll probably be tired for a couple of days.
