That's an excellent idea. Unfortunately I've sold almost all my older ereaders (6 in total, plus the one I gave to my niece).

Okay, here's one I'm still baffled on:

A while ago, I got the first (free) book of a series called "A Cats and Dogs Cozy Mystery." So you think the protagonist would get some cats and dogs for her sidekick, right?

They certainly are stinky. They pong almost like nothing else, except wolverines and other feral carnivores.

It's one of the reasons that prior to the ban, they were (on horses) hunted--all things considered, far easier for the dogs to track than almost anything else.

We had a nun who whacked a guy so hard over the head with her ruler (your basic 12" wooden job), she cracked it in half!

I'm thinking you don't get away with that so easy these days. But back when I was in grade school, it had no repercussions whatsoever, LOL!

People lived in fear of Sister Laurentia's math classes and reciting the times tables. Because if you couldn't rattle 'em off fast enough ... WHACK!

Admittedly, you only got the head shot if you were especially dumb. She mostly only used that on the guys. Otherwise it was the hand.

There was a 'board of education' in the chalk tray (made from a damaged drafting class board: B size). The got used on the behind of trouble makers. This was a PUBLIC school.
