After a week of continuous rain (45°N) it is blue sky and bright sunshine. The hay fields are all bright green, and they are the majority (this is a milk producing place, other crops are corn and potatoes). In the wood, the trees are still barren of leaves, except the pine sort, and some dead ones covered with ivy.

Overall it does not look like winter anymore, but not yet spring, that is few days away.
A time of transition.

There's a frost and ice everywhere this morning, but the sky is blue and the sun warm as there is not a breath of wind. Beautiful outside walking amongst the emerging spring growth and hoping the frog/toad spawn is not too frozen ....
