You expected to get a reaction. Well, here's one.

If you think that you're going to lose weight by drinking chocolate smoothies, then I've got a prime piece of alpine meadowland here in Florida that I'd like to interest you in.

Thanks. Some are repeats. But if you're like me, you've acquired so many of these little cookbooks that you've lost track of which ones that you have and which ones that you don't. It's too bad that Amazon doesn't let us know on the product webpage if we've already got it.

It does me. If I click on one I own, it says you bought this on date.
So what webpage are you talking about?
No, it doesn't show up on the search page.
You linked a search page not a product page.
But the actual book page it does every time.

On some Kindle store search pages, there's a box one can check to hide items one already owns. I wish that option were available on ALL Amazon.com search pages, like the BookSumo pages being discussed in this thread (i.e., https://www.amazon.com/s/?tag=mr060-...isher=booksum*).

Yes, it is on the webpage. My apologies, I wasn't thinking straight. Maybe it was from looking at several items at Christianbook a little while ago, where they definitely don't let you know on the product's webpage. What I do to find out--it seems to be the fastest way--is to click on "buy," and then the next webpage (if you're logged in, if not it's the third webpage) will tell you if you've already purchased the item. Or I could blame it on the cup of espresso that I had about an hour ago. I'm wired.

But it would be really nice if Amazon let you know on the search returns webpage. I'm sure that there's a way, technically, that it can be done.

Thanks, I'll start looking for it from now on, if it saves a second or two from having to go to another webpage, and then having to return back to the product webpage.

I definitely might share the bag of espresso. Regular coffee, even very strong coffee, doesn't do this to me.

There are coffee drinks that are based on espresso, I think, but there is a large amount of cream added so that you don't get all that much espresso.

I wish that I had known about espresso when I was in high school and college and cramming for tests. But, I shouldn't have been cramming anyway.

I think that it came into vogue in the mid to late 80's. But I don't know if high schoolers drank it much. Maybe college students did. It seems kind of passe now. The reason for that around here may be that there is so much crystal meth readily available. not ha.

I honestly did not fall asleep until I had been in bed, trying to go to sleep, for about three hours last night! That is extremely rare for me. From now on, no espresso for me within at least 5 hours to bedtime.

I actually own four (or maybe it's three--I think that I broke one) cappuccino/espresso cups. They're tiny, compared to regular coffee mugs. I know why now. BTW--they're pretty nice. One especially nice feature (besides the fact that it keeps you from drinking too much strong coffee) is that they (at least mine) are double-walled glass and do a super job of insulating the beverage.

Mid to late 80's, I was neither in high school or college. Bit busy with life.
Though mid 80's was my dexatrim phase. Only 4, 5, 10 a day. No, I wasn't heavy in any shape, form or fashion.

I think my espresso mugs are either packed in storage or have long since found a new home.
