Hello everyone,
I bought an used Kobo Glo, but it stopped during the update process and didn't react on factory reset.
I now opened it and put the card in my computer, but I couldn't find an image on the internet. Maybe someone would share a link with me?

I'm sorry, I don't know how to enable that.

"Private Messages" are enabled on the "Options" page of the control panel. It is inside the "Messaging & Notification" section.
