Hello, I need the image for the Kobo Clara HD (N249) please

It's stuck in a loop after installing an update and won't start.

0x200 is not findable. It is a location/offset in the file. I've attached an image showing the location. The serial number is basically the 9 characters after the model. For a Clara HD, the line would start with SN-N249. When modifying the serial number, make sure HxD is in overwrite mode (see bottom line of image).
