I thought it was Montsnmags. I was thrown by his (very typical) story of witnessing the argument between Pshrynk and Dreams... but they were in the parlor, which, as we all know, is well soundproofed in order to give privacy to those inside. So how could Monts, as Jeeves, hear Alex's ringing for his hot toddy when he was inside the parlor?!?

Hmm?!?

And of course, Montsnmags is well-known for his fondness of masks and disguises... he'd quite cleverly donned masks of the other mods/Jeeves...es... each time he left Zelda. And if you removed his mask, you'd discover he was really...

I guessed Florence as well.. Didn't anyone think it was odd that she said she came to paint a portrait of Jeeves, when there was no power?

Why? Because the last pshyrnk body was in a pool of ink, and she left a smear of ink on Zelda's hand when she said goodbye to go to the library. The same place where pshyrnk was murdered. I also thought the clue left in the books was to ask pshyrnk (since the scribbled notes could also of read to ask him, not just pilotbob). He said that a female tried to hit him in the library.

So, I thought that Flornece tried to hit him in the library and when it did not work out the first time tried again. She also left pretty quickly so had no alibi and no one said they saw her with pshyrnk so there was no proof she did not do it.

My thoughts exactly - I followed the same path of thinking that pointed to her... Still believe it is the stronger evidence than lack of *cough*-ing or Jeeves' sentence...

So why don't you give me the price for the more logical approach in this loony story?

Same here. There were two corroborated witnesses that pshrynk was doing the breaking up. I assumed that pshrynk was really dead and the number of *coughs was correct, including one from Pilotbob.

How come the ladies were exempt?

Pshrynk said the first attacker was female, and I placed Dreams, "formally dressed", under the wingtip.

here, have some of mime. i'm kinda new to this, didn't know you actually kill the chicken before you pit it in the pan, but i hope ot tastes anyway.
and boy, when DG&co sell you a *fresh* chicken, they really mean it! ...it *was* labeled "bear" though, but it sure looked chickenly to me

any mashpotatoes left?

[chicken creeps out of kitchen after the feast - all the diners are sleeping it off - gathers up the bones - vows revenge - *evil cackle* - last lingering glare at dg - *especially evil cackle* - heads to North Pole to apply for the job of Santa's 'Evil Elf' - the one who takes the assembly/operating instructions out of all the boxes before gift-wrapping them - *seasonal evil cackle*]

[also removes batteries from all of dg's electronic devices - including the new K3]
