Hello,

I would like to request a Kobo Nia (N306) SD card image.

My Kobo Nia is stuck in a boot loop with a flashing white LED and a blank screen.

I have already:
- Tested the battery (4.07 V)
- Backed up the original microSD card
- Verified the microSD card is readable in Windows

Could someone please send me the correct Kobo Nia (N306) SD card image?

Hi everyone,

My Kobo Glo (N613) is stuck with a corrupted rootfs.
The framebuffer is incorrect and the Qt libraries are missing, and the mxcfb e‑ink driver does not load anymore. Firmware updates via KoboRoot.tgz do not fix the issue, so I need a full SD‑card image.

I have hardware revision A, so I’m specifically looking for the N613‑A 2GB SD‑image (or a compatible 4GB version).

If anyone can share the correct image or point me to the right attachment, I would really appreciate it.

would it be possible to also get the 1.9.12 firmware image for the Kobo N647? I'm having trouble getting the wireless working using the 1.9.10 image; not really too sure what i'm doing just yet

or maybe it's possible i actually have the N647B? i'm not sure how to differentiate between the two

Our Clara HD was no longer able to connect using USB. It would show the pop-up to ‘connect’ but then it would hang and reboot itself after a few minutes in this state.
Re-writing the SD card fixed this and it even feels slightly more snappy then before.
Without this board the whole device might have turned into e-waste.

Hello,
my Kobo Clara HD (N249) suddenly stopped booting
I have read it is possible to restore the FW in the internal SD.
I kindly ask if it is possible to have the firmware for this device.
Also , is there a way to check if the SDcard is effectively corrupted?

Good day,

We have a Kobo Libra 2 that has crashed. I removed the internal SD card; it is unreadable and cannot even be formatted. I have now purchased a new 32GB microSD card onto which I want to load the full firmware. I understand that the Libra 2 has five firmware versions corresponding to five different motherboards.
Could you help me obtain an image of the correct firmware for the Kobo Libra 2 matching the motherboard with the following number:
37NB-E70K1M+6EO

Could someone please send me a link to a shrunk / compressed SD card image for the Kobo Nia (N306)?

My original SD card failed and the standard full-size dump is slightly too large to fit onto my replacement 8GB microSD card. A shrunk image would be greatly appreciated!
