I have a kobo glo hd and I was reading the night when it erased, I was in wi fi mode to update, and now I can not reset, turn on, nothing, the screen flashes and erases again, I've done everything, kobo not gived me assistence in a Kobo Glo , is a possible send me a image of kobo glo hd system for me put in the memory card thank you so much. im from rio de janeiro brazil, and i enter in this forum to someone to help me. my e mail is marcelo_mendestino@hotmail.com
