Reader library 3.2 will not open - Page 5

Try the new Reader Library 3.3. I can say that it is faster then using 3.2 on my system.

I've posted instructions for uninstalling Sony Reader Library on the Mac several times, but here it goes again:

You must manually do the following things:

Make a copy of /Users/(yourname)/Documents/My Books - just in case.
Delete /Applications/Reader Library
Delete /Library/eBookLibrary
Delete /Users/(yourname)/Library/Preferences/Sony Corporation
Delete /Users/(yourname)/Library/Preferences/fsk
Delete /Users/(yourname)/Library/Preferences/Marlin

Reinstall software.

The same thing happened to my software. It wont open and doesnt even
give a error report. Nothing happens. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but the same thing happened. I had close to a hundred dollars credit on my account. Im so mad right now!

Did you try all the steps I listed?

Worst case - call Sony support. They can walk you through the process.
