 They sent me a new one! After another 3 emails, two further delays and with no explanation as to what was actually wrong with the old one or what the holdup was given the ultimately rapid turnaround once they actually responded to me, but still! I haz Cybook! Must have been all that excellent MRF empathy! (now all I need to do is name her....) |
