I eat scrambled egg sandwiches, with ketchup. one of the few things I put ketchup on (the tobasco brand of ketchup!)

I usually grate the cheese and let it melt into the eggs, but otherwise that's one of my favorite breakfasts. (next to pancakes with bananas)

For one thing it tastes good. And for two even a thin layer of it forms a barrier that helps keep the bread from getting soggy.
