I just finished Undone by Rachel Caine. Extreemly good book. I can't wait for the next in the series.
I just started reading Kim by Rudyard Kipling. This is good as well, but there is a lot of imagry and symbolism I am having issues with. |

The last book I bought was The Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause. Unfortunately, the publisher obviously scanned in a paper version of the book and virtually every page has OCR errors. Apparently nobody proof-read the result. It's not quite unreadable, but it definately affects the reading experience, which is a shame because I really liked Blood and Chocolate by the same author. I'm going to buy King's Ur next.

Generally speaking, I find Joe Haldeman very good The forever war is a classic (& very good) and The forever peace (not a sequel) is also very entertaining...

John Updike - Couples
realised I had never read any of his books whilst reading his obituary. It's excellent. Of its time (dated??) but excellent. |
