While reading while skydiving isn't unhealthy, per se, the distraction may turn your novel into a novella.

My wife seems to flip between Kobo Arc HD 7, Aura H2O and calibre Reader on her PC depending on what she is doing.

She loves knitting and sits infront of her PC while knitting with calibre open, and reads while knitting.

Haha! I used to do this a lot! I like reading from my PC because it's bigger and it reinforces just how much I love things that are similar to TVs. But that was also before I was introduced to easy reading anytime, anywhere that I had with ebook readers. I will only go back to my PC reading when I am at home, preferrably with snacks in the desk

I would if the Kindle for Mac App wasnt so shitty and wont support my personal documents and copying (which it doesnt where I live)...
I use iBooks from time to time which is great on a high-res display and Im hoping that Apple will produce their own hybrid soon...
