Decalgirl has skins for H2O! - Page 5

Wildflowers skin on! Like the design a lot, almost like a cross between flowers and peacock feathers.

I was wondering how it would fit over the angled bit at the top of the backside - maybe the skin would be contoured? - but even though the skin is flat it lays down snug. And it fits very nicely - little cutout for for the access door, as Chi said. I decided to skin the H20 itself, as I don't see myself using the (non-Kobo) slimfit case very much, now that I have it.

Yeah that bezel-y part is always challenging. Wish I had laid off the caffeine this AM before applying it.

the bezel I applied starting from the bottom, for some reason, thinking it will be easier with more solid part. I actually did it upside down. Still didn't get it super straight but oh well.

Just received the skins. I applied the blue mosaic on the bezel as an exercise (it is too busy for me, I got it for the sleep cover when I have one). I started from the bottom, which went fine (better than I ever managed with the HD). The sides are ok, but the bottom of the top bezel shows black for some 1.5 mm - that is the empty space is too tall. Are yours the right size?

Busier design than I'd usually go for, but so nice in person. Glad I went with the impulse buy!

I love the Digital Blasphemy stuff, anacreon - I used to have that Tropical Moon design as my desktop wallpaper way back with Win95 or 98. Happy they are still around.

My cutouts for the front bezel fit well, I think DG may leave a sliver of the case exposed on purpose. It's like that on all of the device skins I have from them. Maybe a mm all around?

I started applying mine on the bottom also - after wrassling one onto a Sony 300 with its buttons and dial I seem to have a better shot at getting the positioning right.

I wouldn't like decals on my eReader, but that same book, Anansi Boys, happens to be the book I'm currently reading on my Sony T2. (Borrowed from the library -- the T2 makes library loans easy (no computer required), which is why I either use it or one of the Kindles (only a little harder to use, requiring a computer) when borrowing books.)

My Gecko case was bothering me because it kept encroaching on the left side of the screen, so I decided to go a different route. I ordered the Before the Storm DecalGirl skin with an orange Tsmile case. This is a big change from Boring Black for me but I love it. I put the rear device sticker on the front of the case. Thanks to all who posted these ideas!

Very nice! My Flower Of Fire decal doesn't look as nice as in the pictures, I think I'll go for something completely different with my next purchase. On the positive side, I applied the back panel decal on the front of the cover but after a couple of days I decided I didn't like it that way. So I peeled it off carefully and managed to re-apply it on the back of the H2O with perfect result.

I have the skin on back of my H2O and don't notice/see/feel any negative impact to how it fits into the case, and that's true for the Kobo H2O case, Tsmile case, and Fintie case.

Thanks, I've ordered one (Turbulent Dreams which should go nicely with my purple Fintie cover).

This is my first skin. Since I've had lovely red Sonys for several years, I never felt the need, but that black bezel on my H2O doesn't make me happy.
