I know the H20 just came out, but I am hoping and PRAYING that Kobo beats Amazon to the punch with a Color e-Reader. I love the FUD that is coming out of the Amazon circles about the Color Paperwhite (or whatever its called) and that there's "smirking" coming out of Amazon at Kobo updates. C'mon Kobo, the H20 is out, throw all your R&D team on this, make it happen! Innovate! Innovate! Innovate! (I'm a Doctoral Candidate in Information Systems with a technical background. If you need a Steve Jobs like character...well... I'm just saying )

Is it still that same shiny plastic which got slippery once skin oils or water gets on it? I do like the regular Aura's texturing - it makes it much less slippery than the Aura HD, which at times felt like trying to hold a wet soap bar.

I admit it. I have no control. Chapters/Indigo are now doing pre-orders for the Aura H2O and I happened to have some gift cards so I spent them on it.

Perhaps a 12 step program for ereader owners?

No you really only need a 4 step program.

Step One: Deposit money!

Step Two: Place order for newest Kobo!

Step Three: open order and use for 12 months.

Step Four: Repeat steps One through Three at the end of 12 months!

It may not be much of an upgrade if you already have a Aura HD but if you don't (like me) it's better than the original Aura HD.

I like the idea of dust proof, very much.

The HD screen of the Aura HD is SO incredibly nice. I really want the new one so that I'll have 2 of the 6.8" screens (It can be called a backup ). Since I have 2 Minis and 2 Glos it just makes sense (in my strange, twisted mind) to have two Aura HDs.
