Ah! Thanks. Yes my kindle is mounted under E: but I did not add E:\ to the command line to run your program.

It worked. I still do get the 'Personal' banner at the bottom of the book though. Is that normal?

1) This version does NOT remove Personal tag. It is impossible. 'Personal' tag is inside Kindle firmware.
2) This version SHIFTS COVER UP leaving empty space below to avoid Personal tag overlapping cover.

Mine does not show up like that. Mine has a banner across the bottom that says 'Personal' and it covers over the bottom part of the book. The banner overlaps part of the cover.

Yes these are AZW files.

However there are 2 AZW3 files that have the banner with 'Personal' on it. It does not overlap the cover but the word 'Personal' is there.

I did run them through Calibre as Mobi (both). Then they were emailed to my Amazon email so that they will sync across my devices.

Not a big deal though. As long as the covers show through.
