Me neither, and given the response that I got from Amazon I might have been the first to report it. I think that it's been fixed for some time now.

I've not noticed any problem. Of course I like to have the light set around 13-14 so I wouldn't notice any problem. Now and then it has seemed to turn itself off but once I access the options (via the top of the screen) and tap on the lightbulb icon it goes back on ok.
