I've been using the full link

I coverted the original link that you list again for a tryout

but I can't get any of the links within the document to work.

I tried using both the Clipper and main iSilo desktop-- niether produced working links deeper than the opening page on my T3.
Any ideas? Anyone?

I checked BOTH channels, and BOTH are working for me and others here.
Did you check if you enable SEND/RECEIVE COOKIES in your iSilo/Plucker settings for this channel?

Sometimes "../grab_todo_nyt.php." generates an UNRESOLVED LINK for a couple of articles, but "../grab_NYT-2.php" works ALL the time without a problem (maybe because it uses a RSS as a source).

As always with this kind of technology: "your mileage may be different"

Duhhhhhh

Thanks...I'll make sure that send and receive cookies is enabled. It works now...god sometimes I feel like such a fool and sometimes I feel like a genious. Oh well

Thanks very much for the info on cookies. I missed that! Now it works fine.

And I can't thank you enough for providing these grab/links to the NY Times using your own personal copy of a commercial app. I greatly appreaciate your work for us.

I've got cookies enabled and am currently logged into NYTimes but try as I might this conversion only comes to 19k. I've tried both URLs. What am I doing wrong?

As of 9/29 or 9/30 the NYT link you so generously provided to Turcic, now MobileRead, is much bigger. Each NYT page now included photos, links from the NYT webpage, etc.
Are you aware of any changes from the source or have you modified your grab?

Yes.. there's some kind of problem. I didn't change anything on the script, so I guess now the NYT has a different way to validate who and how is getting the info.

After your report (thanks!) I tried several aproaches, but no one sucessfull. The only link that is still working, is the one based on NYT-RSS:

I will keep trying to get the original link to work... stay tuned... as soon as I resolve this I will post another message.
