Actually, I listen to some Christmas CDs at all times of the year. They are mostly the Windham Hill Christmas or Winter's Solstice albums which I find beautiful and relaxing. Like this cut from their first one.

God no.

My wife works at a major supermarket chain (Woolworths) and the carols and songs over the sound system in the shop start around mid November. By Christmas she cannot stand any of 'em at all.

I must admit though, even though we have summer during Christmas, I still do enjoy the "classics" that I grew up with, Bing Crosby, et al.

Absolutely.

I grew up with a traditional roast at Christmas dinner. We still do, though salads and cold meats are more common now.
