Hello everybody. The issue should be resolved now so if you do a sync from your device you should receive newspapers and magazines.

I paid for 2 magazines recently and after more than 30 emails and 20 telephone calls Kobo customer CARE informed me that my Aura HD was not meant for reading emagazines! It was a good one actually, since I found out the only way to read emagazines is either by means of LCD(LED) or by downloading them from somewhere else! Finally they offered me a refund!!! What a customer CARE! They produce eReaders and sell eMagazines, only not to allow their customers to reader them! It seemed to me a complete non sequitur. The funny part was that the customer CARE found the emagazines to be outright useless on Kobo eReader after 9 hours!

Anyone knows how to read eMagazins on Kobo eReaders? It seems there's a solution that I'm not aware of!
