I love that sign! Love the Dragon book cover too. I just recently ordered a dragon book mark from an etsy seller (yes for paperbacks) that has a dragon...she says in her add it is Dragos from Thea Harrison's book. This same seller has a beautiful line of bookmarks for each of JR Ward;s Black Dagger Brotherhood books.
Whether or not I use it for a book mark is immaterial. I just wanted that dragon! |

Ok, I LOVE that sign, lol.
I'm a big genre reader - fantasy, mostly. I love to read a well written book, period. I really enjoy it if a writer takes what has become trite and overused and makes it fresh and new. That takes a great deal of skill and it helps to refresh those tropes that get beat up by bad authors. |

It's an Oberon small journal cover that I adapted - they weren't making covers for Sonys, though I understand they do now. If you search the Sony forum under "Oberon" you'll see specific posts about the Daily Edition options.

I like dragons, and would even like to see one as a lead role in a book, but I don't like the typical dragon...KILL! thing that's common, I'm a fan of things atypical and different witch i guess is why it's been hard for me to find a good fantasy book to read

"things atypical and different"; but as to the dragon stories discussed so far I wouldn't describe any of them as "the typical dragon...KILL! thing". Aside from a T-shirt, and my own preference for a little purging of the more mushy romantic characters we seem to see all too often, the dragons mentioned tend to avoid excessive human consumption. One of my earliest memories is reading My Father's Dragon. It's on my Permanent Gift List for Kids I Know.
