Michael Palin was on a side street in London - I side stepped to avoid some beefy looking chap who couldn't walk in a straight line, and walked straight into him; and Bill Oddie I elbowed in a bookshop (again in London, and roughly the same area) - that was his fault as he'd got a bit too close to the till I was at, so was within striking range when I got my purse out my bag...

and bill oddie too... i wouldn't recognise him probably unless i heard him talk but then again he probably doesn't use that falsetto in daily life.

Ryleigh and I were running (literally) to catch a plane at Reagan Washington National Airport and ran right by Al Franken getting his shoes shined!

We went to the wrong airport first (Dulles International) and thought we wouldn't make our flight at Washington National. As it turned out, the flight was delayed for over an hour so we made it in plenty of time. We decided to buy a snack (it seems to be a theme with Ryleigh and I

) and Franken got in line right behind us. I don't think much of his politics but I thought he was funny on SNL.

Know what I'm doing right now? Pondering what the hell it is in my psyche that causes me to want to do more and more stuff, all the time. Here's what I'm currently juggling:

- fulltime work
- marriage
- toddler
- writing fiction
- tweeting about free online fiction
- tweeting about free ebooks
- blogging about tweeting about free fiction

And I'm sure there're a few things I've forgotten
