bah! I had forgotten I had mineral water this morning, thinking it was my usual iced green tea. just took a HUGE sip and thought I had picked up a cleaning product!

It's strange; yesterday I had some Italian pesto-nibbles and then I drank some wine.... I almost puked. These nibbles made it taste so weird.

Shouldn't have eaten those strange green things last night...

My wife was out so I couldn't ask her what they were. Still don't know but I know now I shouldn't have eaten them...

So to start the day, a big mug of Ahmad English breakfast tea, a bowl of miso soup and some rice. That should get me going again.

Water. Just got back from the gym. Thinking shower, make salad, drink more water. Maybe a cup of tea and the chocolate chip scone I bought yesterday. Which of course negates going to the gym. (sigh)

I scored the last three packages of the Keemun tea that the Chinese shop had! The proprietor told me that they would not be getting any more because it had been shipped in by a family member who moved to the big city to take a job in an Adidas factory.

So I have just under a pound of this un-branded Keemun tea. Once it's gone, it's all gone! I think I'll have to dole it out in small doses. A pound of tea makes about 150 mugs for me. I guess that will last me a while.

Starting another workday with a double cappuccino.

Want to know what I drank yesterday ? Two cups of coffee, four cups of tea and 1.5 liters of water

You could try to contact Teahouse Emporium, if they reply... If they send it abroad and if the postage cost is reasonable, you might like it.
I love their Keemun.

Maybe it is important not to put too much of the tea when I brew it, otherwise it overpowers the flavour and becomes bitter. Like this nice lady suggests here Brewing Black Tea
