Could I also ask for an image for the Kobo Glo device? I can't do anything with it, only reaction out of it I get is a green light coming on when connected to a charger, otherwise nothing. Can't even trigger a factory reset so that's the last thing I can try.

Dear Davidfor,

I just messed up my kobo glo, I formatted the internal sd card because windows wouldn't recognise it anymore and when I put it back, turned kobo on and the screen is completely white... I feel so stupid, what can I do now??
would you be able to send me an image, please? I will try to fix it....

I have tried everything to fix my Kobo Glo. Could someone please send me the image file for a model N613. I have looked all over the internet and can't find one anywhere. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated

Got the IMG file perfectly thanks.... Do I need a special program to put it onto the internal SD card from my PC? Google hasn't been helpful.

is there a way to mount the IMG file using android? I dont have a card reader on my pc but i do in several android devices.

Sorry, absolutely no idea. You can get a USB micro SD card reader. They aren't expensive.

I have tried loading the image file onto both fat32 and ntfs formatted sd card and still no go on the ereader powering up.... can someoneone send me a different image file to try? its a Kobo Glo N613
