I used to drink something similar to that, without the sugar.. and with soda water instead of plain water and LOTS of salt. We called it a sour lime, and you could get them at Sonic. Good stuff in the middle of a Texas summer.

I'm not sure who Fortnum & Mason were, or are, but I'm pretty sure they'd be horrified at any connection between their tea nectar and McDonald's anything, LOL!!
