If you look through GoodRead's editions, there's three English covers, with the third being really boring. I liked the one I posted enough that I had to start with a photo of the book, then crop, straighten and clean it up to get a nice looking version.

It is a shame such a good book has no truly excellent covers to go with it.

It's also a shame that the e-book was not prepared properly. The EPUB is divided into sections, rather than chapters, so you can't navigate to the chapter you want.

I have the Baen ebook--the one with the very plain cover--which is divided into parts and chapters. It was part of the June 2011 bundle which was a very good bundle.

On the other hand, it's a freebie and apparently an excellent book to boot.

Yes, I was complaining that what is apparently a good book deserves a better presentation, not that I deserve better from a free book. I've paid for books that have worse formatting; one such book was formatted as a single, giant chapter. I fixed that one for my own use, and I'll probably fix this one as well, after I finish reading it.

Opened it in Calibre's editor and it does have chapter markers, though multiple chapters are in each file. Maybe your reader can't handle table of contents with nested entries? There's also a ToC entry with no title, I suppose that could be throwing a wrench in things somewhere.

I split Tomorrow and Tomorrow into proper chapters. Next I'll clean up the code.
