I don't see a problem with providing links either. It saves the user extra search steps. In this case I assumed it was a book on Smashwords but if it wasn't I would have to go to Google and start all over.
GraceKrispy, if you're afraid of being biased towards a special e-book store just provide the links to all stores offering the book. |

links to an ebook are fine. As long as they are not associate type links where you get a commission of some kind. If you want to advertise on MR contact Alex and he will get you a rate schedule.

I've just finished Oliver Sacks' latest offering "The Mind's Eye", dealing with issues related to vision, including the author's recent ocular tumor. Overall, interesting, though with some dry technical patches; I recommend the audio for that (Davidson generates an enthusiastic tone to get through those), as well as Sacks' story of his sudden medical crisis in his own voice. As a caveat, I wouldn't encourage those new to his stuff to begin here - try "The Man who Mistook His Wife for a Hat" instead.

I'm reading something out of my usual murder mystery genre. It's called Bedtime Story by Robert Wiersema, and I can't put it down! The battery ran down last night at an exciting part, and I almost cried. Very good read.

I just finished "The War of Art," and loved it. Now I'm reading a huge pile of Lois McMaster Bujold "Vorkosigan" books.

I'm reading "The Sign of the Book" by John Dunning, I think the fourth in his Cliff Janeway series (I'm reading them completely out of order). It's a detective story (attitude like Chandler's Marlowe) but he's also a book dealer. I highly recommend this series. Picked this one up in paperback at the library.
