marc : i'll just add my vote (i think it's number eleventy) to the chorus recommending copious amounts of garlic. and fresh ginger will help too. and honey and lemon infusion for your throat, and thyme infusion is good for bronchial stuff. and since hot liquids are good for all kinds of ailments, feel free to have some of each, and count the doses in litres.

If Catire takes over the world, he can start by outlawing housework, and sending robots to keep us all from sliding into squalor.

I feel more like that about laundry than washing up. I hate doing the laundry with an utterly inexplicable passion. It's just as well for those around me that I have a strong preference for clean clothes...

Right now, probably using Twitter more like an IM client than anything. But it's fun like that

I just returned from the vet. There was a little lump on Rodney's belly which turned out to be nothing. The trip wasn't a total waste though, as the two of them are now up to date on their vaccinations.
