It's my favorite among all of Bill's tragedies. My son was having trouble with it when he was in jr. high (about age 13) so I took him to see a production of it with the actors in modern military dress. For some reason that allowed it all to make sense to him and gave him an interest in other works!

I'm always up this late. On days I work, I wouldn't be getting home til about fifteen minutes from now. At the moment though, I'm trying to finish a book. There was a hellacious plot twist and I had to take a short break.

Feeling slightly better this morning so I decided to go to work. Hopefully the worst is over

But I won't take any chances and will drink NO COFFEE today ! So I'm drinking a cup of delicious Brazilian Baia.

@ Stitchawl + latinandgreek: I think English is the easiest language for anyone familiar with Latin alphabet. that's why they call it 'international language'. Fewer articles, no noun genders, logical grammar and word families... at least it's easier than study Chinese

I think English being the international language is the reason that it's easier to learn. I was listening to people speaking English on the television and radio from a very early age, which means I was sort of used to the sound of it by the time I started studying the language in school. I've always found English much easier to speak, write and read than French.

maianhvk, if you can learn English as a second language, you can learn anything! I think English must be the hardest of all languages to learn and I think a lot of credit is due to all you folks who are able to converse so well in a language that is made up mostly of exceptions to rules!

We need a more 'positive' outlook. Our cups are never 'empty,' simply not currently in use, a temporary condition to be rectified forthwith.
