Hallo,

Frage an die 'Veröffentlicher' hier:
Unter welchen Bedingungen / Voraussetzungen darf man hier eigene Werke
einstellen? Ich meine in Bezug auf Copyrights und Nutzungsrechte, etc.
Sind irgendwelche speziellen Hinweise notwendig?

Kurzer Hinweis: Ich veröffentliche schon seit einigen Jahren
bei mehreren Ebookverlagen und würde ein Ebook, bestehend aus
ein paar eigenen Storys, einstellen.

Hi Franz Peter

Wir haben keinerlei Auflagen, was das Einstellen von eigenen Werken angeht, auch nicht, was das Urheberrecht angeht. Du kannst also selbst bestimmen, wie Deine Distributionsbestimmungen aussehen sollen, ausser natürlich dass sie kostenlos sein sollen.

Das mach mal. Eigenes Einstellen meine ich.

Wenn Du Dich zu einer bestimmten Limitierung entschließt (CC-Lizenz welcher Art auch immer ?) wirst Du ja hier eventuell Trendsetter und Grundlage für eine neue Rubrik in den Dt. Ebooks .


Now to something -not- totally different:


Zum Thema Lesefutter und Aufbereitung und Gemeinfreiheit zum 01.01.2010:

Ich bin gerade über diese Zusammenfassung bei Telepolis gestolpert.

Hab mir das nicht im Einzelnen angesehen/geprüft aber es wäre ein Hinweis für Interessierte. Die Vorlesungen des Herrn Freud sind ja auch literarisch interessant ...

@ Ravenne: Danke für das Lob. Was Effie Briest angeht ist allerdings bedauerlich, dass dieser Upload weder über die Gesamttabelle noch über die Tabelle der deutschen Bücher auffindbar ist. Wer also nicht per Zufall darüber stolpert wird Probleme haben dieses Buch zu finden.
Die Konvertierung in andere Formate ist natürlich kein Problem; insofern kann ich mir tatsächlich den relativ geringen Aufwand der Erstellung sparen.
