If the value of the book is low in the first place (e.g. <5 USD), it wouldn't make much difference whether you use a 50% code or a 45% code.

I found an author that I would like to buy a series from and I have several coupons to use, the problem is that some of the books are published by Penguin and not able to use the coupon while some of the series are able to use coupon for. Is there a country that could be visited where Penguin book are able to use a coupon for?
